What if I can't find my driver on arrival?

Call or WhatsApp us directly at +212 676 198 584. We have several drivers on site and will send you another one right away.

Is there a surcharge for a night arrival?

No, there is no surcharge for arrivals after midnight.

How does payment work?

Payment is made directly to the driver, in cash, either in euros or Moroccan dirhams (MAD).

Is the price fixed, or can it change?

The price is fixed and agreed in advance, with no surprises on arrival. It only varies depending on the number of passengers.

Is the transfer private or shared?

The transfer is always private, even to pick up a single passenger. We never run shared rides.

Do your drivers speak English?

Yes, our drivers speak both English and French.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes, cancellation is free.

Can I book my return transfer at the same time?

Yes, you can lock in your return transfer when booking your arrival, even for the same day.

Where will we be dropped off / picked up?

We drop you off directly at your hotel. For a riad inside the medina that cars can’t reach, we drop you at the nearest point accessible by vehicle.

How far in advance do I need to book?

Booking just 2 hours ahead is perfectly fine. That said, we recommend booking earlier so everything can be arranged without any last-minute pressure.

Can I change my flight time or details after booking?

Yes, we stay flexible if your flight schedule changes.

Do you also offer transfers to other cities?

Yes, we also cover transfers to other cities (Essaouira, Agadir, Ouarzazate…).

Les tarifs étaient compétitifs. Les chauffeurs étaient toujours à l'heure, avec des voitures propres et climatisées.
